missingWrote a review on 05 Marmodern furnishingsdecent comfortinconvenient access
Rooms feature new furnishings for a modern touch and bedding provides decent comfort.
The HVAC system in the older building struggled to keep up, leaving guests in an uncomfortable chill during winter nights. Reaching the room involves multiple keycard accesses with inconvenient outdoor steps, exposing you to the elements without a direct route. Lack of daily cleaning services and the need to gather basic supplies like fresh towels also hampers the experience.

Be cautious of room assignment, as some older areas may have unresolved HVAC issues. Consider requesting a room in the newer section during peak seasons.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station made travel so easy. I loved the newly renovated Superior Double Room. the bed offered great comfort after a long day exploring. The coffee, tea facilities, and free water in the fridge were thoughtful touches. the noise proofing was disappointing. I woke up to doors slamming and the sound of the shower from the neighboring room, despite using ear plugs. The breakfast left something to be desired. a limited selection didn't quite match a hotel's standard. the lack of heating in the bathroom was frustrating when the temperature dropped. the ambiance was nice but some details really need attention.

Kind staff made a tough day easier
Came here for just one night and had a bit of a rough time when my partner got sick. The staff were super helpful, finding us a comfy room on the first floor since the lift was out. Loved the cozy bar area to unwind in. Just wish the lift was working so we didn’t have to take the stairs.

I had a lovely stay, the room was spacious and clean with a great shower, but I did have to deal with an inconvenient lift situation. I'd definitely stay again!

The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the main train station, putting you right in the heart of the action. The room itself was modern and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. Ample supplies of coffee in the room were a nice touch, along with free water in the fridge.
Lift out of order.
